The Halloween challenge is a time honored tradition among many fitness / cosplay fans. It is the 60-90 day period before you have to show off your body and costume to more than just people at a convention. Sometimes i think neighbors and friends can be more critical than strangers at a con. This year I want to help you make a few moves in your health and fitness. I want to put you on track to not only have a great body for Halloween but also ,set you up for success going into the holiday/ resolution season that follows.
There is about 12 weeks till oct 31st so for the Halloween Challenge we will focus on delivering results in 8 weeks. I will send out a weekly email. Which will include a basic diet , a simple workout routine and a few costuming short cuts. This is different from our normal newsletter and very specific to this challenge.unlike our normal newsletter this one won’t have any reviews or long term plans.
