The Halloween fitness challenge is a time honored tradition among many fitness / cosplay fans. It is the 60-90 day period before you have to show off your body and costume to more than just people at a convention. Sometimes i think neighbors and friends can be more critical than strangers at a con. This year I want to help you make a few moves in your health and fitness. I want to put you on track to not only have a great body for Halloween but also ,set you up for success going into the holiday/ resolution season that follows.
There is about 12 weeks till oct 31st so for the Halloween Challenge we will focus on delivering results in 8 weeks. I will send out a weekly email with a basic diet , workout routine and costuming short cuts. This is different from our normal newsletter and very specific to this Halloween fitness challenge. Our normal newsletter has bodybuilding and parkour advice sprinkled with some nutrition tips for long term healthy living. Where this one is more general and geared toward kickstarting your fitness journey.
