Day Twenty of P90x2 –
X2 Balance + Power
Another week another P90x2 Balance + Power day.
This time i focused more on total load than just the weight i was using going down to a 15lb for most of the entire workout. It helped me get higher numbers and get a better feel for the workout. Though this is the last time for this workout i don’t feel i can give it a final review. I didn’t enjoy it enough to get into it as i have the other workouts. Balance + Power still felt too much like a balance workout and not enough like a power workout. I will come back and see what i can do with this one after i finish p90x2, but it is not one i am looking forward to coming back to.
X2 Balance + Power Suggestions
- Crawly Crab Press is still my favorite move from this one. Just don’t be afraid to lower your weight on that one especially if modifying it.
- X plank Spider twist is a pretty heroic move if you put your mind to it. Try to keeping you legs straight
- lolasana will feel like yoga with weights – its all about technique take it slow till you feel comfortable
