P90x2 Day8 – X2 Core

Today was day eight of P90x2 – X2 Core

This would be the start of week2 and i have to say i am a fan of p90X2. I will do a full 30 day look back when i get to that point. in the mean time  X2 Core was AWESOME! It is a completely different workout when you know what to expect and can push harder. I managed to meet or beat nearly every number from last time. I even managed a few dreya rolls with a 2 lb weight lol.

Couple of things to point out just like last time

  • I did the workout using my trigger point foam roller I like it better
  • I did 15 minutes of rolling, I have learned to love the roller :D
  • I used Sweet Sweat to help with my fatigue and im conviced it makes a difference

P90x2 X2 core is a  fun workout that can be as hard as you want to make it. Even if it means taking a 30 second break to knock out just one more rep.  If p90x2 doesn’t help me on my quest to get superhero ripped i don’t think anything will. I burned a ton of calories with x2 core this week. last week  was a sad excuse of an attempt.  Well time to grab a post workout meal (Shakeology + Coconut milk and a few Fat free gummies :) ) Hopefully you are along for the ride with me.
