So I have been in a challenge group with a good friend of mine.
We both started our new journey April 1st at around 184lbs.
I have been working out everyday. Cardio in the AM lifting in the PM
he has been doing The RESET for the last 14 days and no workouts.
Today I weighed in at 174
Today he weighed in at 166.
Guess the RESET works
