The Guardians of Asgard are heroes of legend. Fighting a never ending war to protect the Asgaard( The Garden of the Gods) Thor, The Thunder God himself is known for his hammer(Mjölnir). If you plan to swing a hammer like Thor or any other Asgardian you need Powerful Arms. Not just big arms, but ones that can swing a hammer hundreds of times in battle.
You could take the easy way out, get a Sledge Hammer and a tire, go out back and preform hammer swings all day. If you want something a little more practical and Multi-Dimensional, I can recommend P90x’s Shoulders and Arms routine. It will really work your arms from top to bottom. I won’t promise you that one day you will command the powers of thunder and lighting like Thor,but i can say if you follow that routine you will look like you do.
